Andrew Galante | Principal and Founder
Andrew Galante founded Sunlake Capital to invest in private companies and partner with their management teams.
Mr. Galante's background includes private equity investment and service on Boards of Directors in multiple industries. Prior to founding Sunlake, Mr. Galante was an investment professional with Boyne Capital Partners and Glencoe Capital. At these firms Mr. Galante specialized in executing and managing lead-sponsor private equity investments, as well as enhancing the operations of acquired businesses.
Mr. Galante earned his BBA from Loyola University of Chicago and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Brett Morris | Principal
Brett Morris joined Sunlake Capital in January 2024 to lead private equity investments and support portfolio companies in partnership with their management teams.
Mr. Morris’ background includes over 15 years of investing and M&A advisory. Prior to Sunlake, Mr. Morris was an investment professional at The Cline Group, a family office with an energy infrastructure investment strategy. Mr. Morris previously worked at ClearSky, a growth stage private equity firm focused on cybersecurity and enterprise services companies. Early in his career, Mr. Morris executed M&A transactions for middle market companies at Harris Williams.
Mr. Morris received his BA from Rhodes College and MBA from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.
