Brett Morris Joins Sunlake Capital to Lead Private Equity Investments and Post-Acquisition Growth and Operations Initiatives
January, 2024 - Sunlake Capital LLC (“Sunlake”) is pleased to announce Brett Morris has joined Sunlake as a Partner and Principal. Mr. Morris will lead private equity investments and post-acquisition growth and operational initiatives.
Mr. Morris brings over 15 years of private equity experience across cybersecurity, business services, and energy infrastructure. Brett has spent significant time evaluating lower middle market businesses and structuring transactions. Brett started his career at Harris Williams where he executed M&A transactions for middle market companies.
Mr. Morris received his BA from Rhodes College and MBA from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.
